Four also-eligibles in the Turf Sprint (Big Mojo, No Nay Hudson, Doncho and Outfielder) are also out, which leaves that race with its full main field of 14.
Forged Steel, the Goodwood (G1) winner at Santa Anita on Sept. 26, was scratched at 9:02 AM ET. He was 15-1 on the morning line from post 9. The Dirt Mile goes with 10 runners, and Further Ado stays the 2-1 favorite from the rail, with Bracket Buster at 7-2. Dirt Mile odds and form for every runner.
Thought Process (post 6, 15-1) was scratched by the regulatory veterinarian. She joins Evershed and Eccentric on the sidelines, and also-eligible Vina Arana draws in from post 15. Twelve run, led by Blue Bolt at 5-2, unbeaten in six starts this year. Filly & Mare Turf odds and form.
